A Christmas outfit from George.

[dropcap]H[/dropcap]alloween is out of the way. Bonfire Night has come and gone. It’s time to legitimately fixate on the next holiday- Christmas! Bring on the countdown I say. From now until the actual day, I spend my time planning food, gifts, decoration and outfits. I tend to make a little bit more of an effort on Christmas Day as to what I’m wearing, and this year’s outfit dilemma was solved rather nicely by those kind people at George. who have provided me with this polka dotty number. That’s one more item off my holiday festivity list!

By the way, Pepper is just thrilled with his Santa’s little helper hat. You can tell he’s totally feeling it 😉 Best fiver I ever spent to be honest.

Last year, George. also kitted me out with some gorgeous festive wear (in fact, it was an amazing date all round) and I’m really pleased to see their sparkly dresses are back in stock again this year (for £25! so good!)

I’m getting my sparkly black dress out again for New Year’s, but for Christmas Day- it’s this polka dot number paired with gold ballet flats. Flats, because, hello, me here.

I love this dress- it’s flattering, comfortable, and super cute. Everyone suits a tea dress, it’s a classic cut dress that I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of. And polka dots man, they get me every time. Worn with a slick of Ruby Woo on the lips and I’m Christmas carol ready.

Do you get dressed up for Christmas or is it strictly a jammies only day in your house?

You can read the full feature on the George. website and see how the other lovely ladies have styled their Christmas outfits 🙂

  1. That dress is so classic and looks gorgeous with a simple red lip. I like to stay in my PJs for a long as possible on Christmas then get dressed up in time for dinner.
