Callooh Callay with MyScene

[dropcap]O[/dropcap]n Wednesday, I peeled off the stretchy grey trackie pants that I have made best friends with and into something a little bit glitzier for the launch party of Thomson Scene (they are a new collection of holidays for 18-35 year olds) With a little help from a few ultimate Scenesters- Binky, Lucy and Proudlock from Made In Chelsea- the party took place at Callooh Callay in the Cool hub of the city, Shoreditch.

I took Aftab along with me for the night and together we weaved in and out of the three spaces within the club. Each room had a different theme with cocktails and canapes to match; Thailand for Proudlock, Ibiza for Lucy and Mexico for Binky. Every good party needs a photobooth and we got a bit snap happy in there.

This is the result of one too many King of Siam cocktails…

Jameela Jamil and her bangs of glory DJ’d some tunes (there was some great 90’s hiphop!), someone won an awesome holiday, we met some fab bloggers, Victoria | In The Frow and Charlotte | The Good Owl, and towards the end, someone gave me a chocolate brownie. What more could I want?

Here’s the fab video roundup of the night! Blink and you’ll miss our faces 🙂

Thanks for the invite Thomson Scene! x

  1. The moment I read ‘Shoreditch’ and ‘Myscene’ I had some serious flashbacks to 2010 when I was a Shoreditch scenester! Oh the distressed leather jackets, the undercut, the Doc Martens, the Swedish goth entourage…thank you for the flashback! x
