Press Day for George. Spring Summer ’15

[dropcap]L[/dropcap]ast week, I returned to the Hospital Club for the press show for George at Asda’s Spring Summer ’15 preview. The collection epitomised Spring time- literally. The lemon trees mirrored the lemon prints, there was the cutest lemonade stand with ice cold lemonade parked outside the entrance to the preview room, and ice cold or not, I’ll take my vitamins where I can this Winter! The grassy path meandered around the room taking us through Womenswear, Loungewear, Menswear and finally the sweetest collection of Children’s clothing.

I adored the navy striped flared dress- very Zooey Deschanel- and this blush coloured mac. They were my favourite stand out items. Then through the wisteria tree, I stroked the soft pyjamas and robes on display (I’m more of a big old t shirt kind of girl when it comes to PJ’s!) and made a beeline for this rain jacket and anchor print scarf…

I love the tan trim around that backpack and I’m happy to report that polka dots are welcomed back next year too! I want that spotty scarf…

I’m one of those people that will squeal over kiddie’s clothes, because they’re so small it’s so doll like! I wish my nieces were this small again purely so they could fit into these pretty little dresses. And to be honest…if this came in adult size, that wouldn’t be a bad thing either. Just saying George.

George. have invited me to a Christmassy affair this week…watch this space!
